Client was on probation for life on a serious offense that client plead to prior to Counsel coming on the case.

Probation Department wanted 10 years of prison. It was alleged that the Defendant did little to nothing while on probation.

My client has never been to prison before, and this would have disrupted his entire life. A young man.

The ultimate decision was in the judges' hands.

Through help from the State and a thorough discussion with client what he needed to do, a favorable sentencing was achieved.  The State agreed to not recommend prison but wanted jail time. The judge after hearing extensive arguments, agreed to let my client go home and be reinstated on probation.
