Was able to successfully show that my client was actually getting abused, not the other way around. The incident was taken out of context and my client actually was arrested. Through investigation and getting the actual and truthful facts to the prosecutor, I was able to get the case thrown out. Any conviction would have jeopardized my clients career and standing in the community. A great result that was real justice.
