Pioneer J.C. Misdemeanor Domestic Violence case Dismissed.

I was able to show a motive for why the police were called and that the facts alleged was not what actually happened. Client could not receive a conviction due to work purposes. The case was set to a trial and the State agreed prior to the trial to dismiss the case. My client avoided any type of conviction and his job and career were not negatively affected.
