Class 2 felony fraudulent schemes case.  The client found not guilty.  State v. C.C.

Client avoided prison and walked free after the not guilty verdict obtained. Client did not even have to testify. I was able to show the jury that that State overcharged this case and lacked the necessary witnesses to prove that a crime was even committed.
